I will admit, I’m not keen on buying cars. Usually because of dealing with slippery car sales men and shocking after sales service. But that’s where Neil at Roger Hotchkiss cars surprised me. We just wanted a look around, and we were left to do just that. When we wanted a test drive, again we were just left to it. Even negotiating was relaxed and we were very happy with the car and the price. What surprised me more was Neil included a service, Mot and valet with that. So when we picked it up it looked like new and was ready to run without worrying about its next service or mot. Incidentally, during the mot the examiner spotted that the exhaust had a small blow, so Neil had a whole new system fitted. And had any dents professionally removed and wheels detailed. We got a 3 month warranty, but to be honest I think Neil would help out no matter how long it had been. I would definitely use Neil again, mainly for just dealing with a nice person who I feel I can trust.
