The Ginger & Co Story

We dreamt of our own little something, a business which we could be proud of, which people would be proud to visit and a team proud to work.

I was lucky enough to have two amazing Nans [Nanny Freda & Nanna Gwilliam], as soon as you stepped through their front door you were made to feel at home.

This is the essence of Ginger & Co [along with a passion for well prepared drinks, tasty food and homemade cake]. For 5 years we brought this to our beloved Shrewsbury as Ginger & Co. Coffee, people visited, told other people and we gained quite a following.

Our Coffee Shop home is a Grade II listed building, double fronted, just off the main Square in the centre of the most beautiful market town. It ticked all of our boxes when we were seeking our first step into the Coffee industry, we covered 34 seats and we are often full and bursting at the seams.

We will do whatever it takes to keep our team and customers safe and will be adapting our offering and procedures throughout Covid-19. Please see our offering to check what we are doing now.
