Orchard Cafe and Meeting Rooms
The Orchard Cafe and function rooms are set in the beautiful surroundings of the Shrewsbury Cathedral, overlooking Town Walls.
The café provides a wide range of meals and snacks, freshly prepared in our onsite kitchen and served in the relaxing atmosphere of the café and courtyard.
Ideal for entertaining, the refurbished parish rooms are set up to deliver high quality conference and function services .
Bespoke packages are available on request or a range of menu options, pre-designed by our resident chef.
The Orchard café is run in conjunction with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Shrewsbury and all profits feed back into the Shrewsbury Cathedral.

Beautiful building. This is a Catholic Cathedral with regular masses and serves as the main church for the wider parish. The bishop is I residence currently. The building itself has a rich architectural heritage some Pugin. There are fabulous stained glass windows. It us a friendly parish church with sympathetic clergy. A very nice, welcoming community.

Was a good visit all be it small for a cathedral... there was a very informative chap who took the time to walk round with us. Shame to see some Muppet in the 80's had white washed over some original wall art/decorations. The guy said they were looking at getting it put back to original... hopefully they will .. be good to see it back..
