Having trained directly under Marco Pierre White and Raymond Blanc, our Executive Chef team, led by Neil Morris, have over 35 years of experience working within Ego Restaurants.

Free-range eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables are supplied by Delifresh. Our pizza dough is stretched by hand to order and wherever possible all fresh fruit and vegetables are sourced from within the UK.
Our menus change with the seasons to ensure you’re getting the best quality produce at the best time.
Some of our key ingredients, that we hope you’ve become familiar with, are sourced direct from a handful of local suppliers across the Mediterranean.
Our chorizo is hand-made to a traditional natural curing method in the Asturias region of Spain.
Our guindilla chillies used in our best-selling starter ‘Gambas al Pil Pil’ along with our Manchego cheese are imported directly from Spain and our Mojo sauce from the Canary Islands.
