Vlad and Raul met over a cup of coffee.

They soon realised that they had a shared passion for creating authentic food! Vlad lived in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he discovered the delights of Middle Eastern cuisine. Their vision is to create an affordable, fresh and vibrant offering with an emphasis on provenance and bold flavours.

Raul launched Plantkind back in 2017 after a life-long dream of running his own business. After meeting Vlad, it was clear that Plantkind Falafel was the next chapter in the business's evolution. They both agreed it was important to keep the offering plant-based and predominantly gluten-free so that people from all different lifestyles, as well as those with allergies or intolerances could still enjoy their tasty food.
