Shropshire Event Nannies was founded in 2015 by Harriet Mills, mother of 2, living in Shropshire. We specialise in wedding childcare, as well as mobile creche facilities for business meetings, conferences and one-to-one hotel babysitting throughout Shropshire and surrounding counties.
We can take care of the complete coordination for the children on the day which allows you to relax into the event knowing the little ones are safe and having fun.

You have so much to organise already, but we can help to entertain the smaller guests on the day.
Whether it’s during the speeches of a wedding or the entirety of your event we can help to keep the quiet times quiet and take the stress away from the parents.
Our service is flexible and can be as basic as looking after the children in a separate room whilst providing games, toys and suitable equipment.
Or if you’d prefer we can take the children on a bear hunt around the grounds and use the great outdoors to our advantage.
If you would like a little something extra please let us know your plans and we’d be happy to make it magical for the little ones.

I cannot praise Harriet and her team enough. We had 20 children between 2 & 10 yrs at our wedding yesterday at Shooters Hill Hall. Everyone had a ball! These wonderful nannies had everything to keep our little ones entertained, providing a range of toys. The children were entertained in the marquee throughout our wedding breakfast, then moving on to activities on the lawn whilst adults continued in the marquee, free to properly enjoy our day. Our 4 yr old daughter & 9 yr old son adored Harriet and she stayed well into the evening putting them both to bed and babysitting into the small hours. Shropshire Event nannies truly was the best money we spent & all of our friends commented on what a difference the service had made to the enjoyment of the whole day. Thank you so much Harriet. Very highly recommend Shropshire Event Nannies. Harriet looked after my two boys age 3 and 6 at my brother's wedding at Rowton Castle last weekend and she totally made the event a success for us. The boys were delighted to escape the "boring" meal and made a beeline straight for her as soon as she arrived - and we breathed a sigh of relief and were able to relax properly for the first time that day. The boys were more than happy with harriet for the rest of the evening until she then took them up to the room and had them asleep far quicker than I would've been able to and watched them until the disco ended and we were ready to take over. Brilliant, professional, friendly service. Thanks once again Harriet!

These ladies were an absolute God sent at my wedding the children had a fabulous time thanks to these ladies and I had absolutely no worries. I can not recommend them more highly. It was important to us for our son to have just as much as a good time as we did and he really did. I even asked them to stay longer and this was no trouble for them. Thank you very much ladies xx
