Bennett & Dunn cold pressed Rapeseed oil is produced by husband and wife team Rupert and Tracey Bennett. Rupert takes great pride in producing a superior quality product.

The Rapeseed is cold pressed, triple filtered and then hand bottled by Rupert on the farm. Our oil is GM free, Gluten free and our production process is chemical free, this ensures our rapeseed oil retains all of its health benefits and delicious flavour. It's full of natural goodness

Our Oil has a gentle creamy nutty flavour.  It can be used as a healthy alternative to olive oil for marinades, dipping and drizzling.  It also cooks at a higher temperature without effecting the many health benefits, character or taste so is safe to use for you and your family every meal time. Unlike olive oil, It is also ideal for roasting, baking and stir-frys.

At Bennett & Dunn our seed is grown in an environmentally friendly way. The farm provides a good habitat for insects, small mammals and birds by preserving and planting hedgerows,  maintaining ponds,  building beetle banks and creating wild flower field margins.

The reason I love Bennet & Dunn Rapeseed Oil so much is the purity and depth of flavour, This is a real British artisan product made with love by my good friends Rupert and Tracy, local to my restaurant CoM, The nuttiness and slight sweetness of the oil translates into so many of my dishes, I use the oil in all applications from sweet to savoury, i use it as a finishing oil & replace the heavier fats such as butter with the oil, as I don’t use imported ingredients on my menu’s, the rapeseed oil is my olive oil replacement, & is vital to my ingredient repotoire’ They also produce a wonderful Oak Smoked verison which is featured on my menus aswell, mainly adding a cool dimension to our vegetarian tasting

I have been using Bennett & Dunn for a few years now after Tracey came to see me with a sample to try, i was bowled over with the flavour and versatility of the oil aswell as the health benefits. Its the only oil i use now both in work and at home.
